of course it is temp sensitive and it’s cold out
I called them on the phone
I go out of my way to make sure federal is never the sender but every now and then one gets by me.
FedEx is atrocious… i have the luxury of most Amazon orders being delivered by Amazon themselves or their third party delivery- both of which send me a picture of my package when the driver it- as they deliver it.
Makes for a quick pick up.
Text updates and so forth are also nice. None of which FedEx gives you go to their site and search it.
