In my experience, a very sizable percentage of men in Hollywood (and I am sure in DC and any other area in which women wanted to make careers. Definitely in Silicon Valley) did this shit. And women who complained were disrespected even more. They were fired, ostracized, called uptight bitches, some probably raped, etc.
