Best view in the house… it took 4 days of planning and hard work to capture this shot. My girlfriend @martinatib and good friend @thistommysmith climbed the route twice, in scorching heat, to nail the positioning. But we nailed it!

That is an amazing shot, Terrebonne is close to Bend, which is a burgeoning upper end retirement haven. IN the foothills of the Cascade Mountains on the dry (ie desert) side of the state. Smith Rock is an edifice a craggy miniaturized Grand Canoyonesque rock formation extremely popular with hikers and rock climbers.

Oh and PS Smith Rock and The Yaquina Bay bridge are 183 miles apart.
