The Philosophy of Law - Muslims vs Landlord

You are in the wrong discussion if you think you can throw a bunch of legal jargon at me and think you are providing me with an answer. You aren’t and I know this because I have been a student of the philosophy of law.

I’ll provide you the applicable laws for this case from the article:

The Ontario Human Rights Code states that “every person who occupies accommodation has a right to freedom from harassment by the landlord [on] a number of grounds, including creed.”

Now if you don’t think that law should apply or doesn’t apply because there is remedy outside this provision, by all means put it up.
