Probably a million. I don’t know. I have many Muslim students, my kids have Muslim friends (none of them strict Muslims, though), etc. Just sayin. Oh, and like I’ve mentioned before – no terror events. None.
Anyway, there is a young woman who has worked at the local health food store I go to regularly. She’s been there for at least three or four years. Very sweet and pretty. Within the last couple of months, she’s started wearing a hijab. It’s weird to have such a vivid memory of her without one, and to suddenly see her wearing one. She looks so different. I’ve never seen a before and after like that before. I wonder what her story is.
