I heard another interview on Pacifica radio today (I have a long commute) in which a guy (sorry, I do not know his name and I’m not even going to try to look it up, so deal with it, Kitchen Utensil) discussed the meaning of impeachment, its history, the founding fathers’ intent, and the legalities involved in the proceedings. He said basically this: Trump could be impeached right now. Congress just has to decide that’s what they want to do. Trump does not have to do anything else, at all, for them to decide he should be tried.
