Federal officers were kidnapping people downtown Portland 7/15/2020. Driving around in unmarked cars and grabbing people. No explanation. No rights read. This comes after Ted Wheeler said for border patrol, federal agents and US marshals (who were sent by trump) to leave the protesters alone.
