Ruin a perfectly great meal with mustard and vinegar…blech
I used a bottled sauce, I don’t remember what brand one of the mid price ones that was on sale, I did add a touch of vinegar to it, partly to help tenderize the pork but I like that tangy zip it adds too.
I like vinegar…but mustard and vinegar bbq sauce?
