Where is it writ in the Constitution that ICE should be notified if an illegal buys an illegal gun from an illegal seller, which is illegal by the way?

I’ll indulge you. The 2nd Amendment says all people who fall under the Constitution should have the right to bear arms- and that right shall not he infringed. Nowhere does it mention illegals, just like there is no law saying we need to pay taxes, nothing in the Constitution that says “you can infringe a little on the 2nd”… etc.
Now please, answer my questions:
