Why Is Salt Bad For Your Health?

No, Seminole Fluid

Are y’all getting nasty now?

Seminole, which has the latin root for ‘seed’, refers I believe to a particular group of native americans who were planter/harvesters.

And yes eyebrows

I knew both because of the word choice. You’re quite the wordsmith yourself, Wabbit.

A cunning linguist, some might say.

(you HAD to see that coming)

Sorry for the delay, I had to go out.

I should have asked why excess salt is bad for you. I wanted to know what peeps here had to say.:slightly_smiling_face:

I had an epiphany the other day. It occurred to me that when you salt things that you are likely to eat more of them. Salt makes your mouth water, yes? Did you ever eat celery without salt? Did you ever eat a pretzel without salt?

In the past salt used to be scarce, a valuable commodity. Now it’s in everything that we eat.
