The month she became deputy director, Democratic Sens. Ron Wyden of Oregon and Martin Heinrich of New Mexico raised questions about Haspel drafting the cable that called for destruction of taped CIA interrogations.
Haspel also reportedly ran a secret prison in Thailand where terrorism suspects were waterboarded and subjected to other so-called enhanced interrogations, according to the Associated Press.
The European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights filed a legal intervention with German prosecutors last year calling for an arrest warrant for Haspel for her role in torturing detainees in 2002 at a secret prison in Thailand.

You must have done some ctl-plus to increase sizes, ctl-minus will decrease, and ctl-zero will reset to default.
